This new 4-week series will help you get your bones in shape! We’ll focus on preventing osteopenia and osteoporosis. Using hand held weights and the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® we will safely build strength and balance that can help prevent falls and fractures.

Virtual Classes

GYROKINESIS® Class

GYROKINESIS® is a group mat class that follows the same principles as GYROTONIC®. It systematically and gently works the joints and muscles through rhythmic and undulating movements without the use of equipment. These movements stimulate the body's internal organs. Different corresponding breathing patterns are integrated along with the exercises.

Fluidity is the key. Positions are not held, rather they are smoothly and harmoniously connected through the use of breath. Similar to the yoga experience, the exercises leave you feeling strengthened and refreshed.

GYROTONIC®/GYROKINESIS® Flow

A GYROTONIC®/GYROKINESIS® class focusing on breath, rhythm and flow combining stool, floor and standing work. We'll also use props (pole/broomstick and resistance band) to assist the body in expansive motion.

In-Studio Classes

GYROTONIC® Tower Class

GYROTONIC® Tower class will focus on the GYROTONIC® repertoire with an emphasis on rhythm. The exercises will increase flexibility, strength and range of motion. Please be aware that you must have had at least 10 GYROTONIC® private sessions in order to participate in this class.

GYROTONIC® Power Tower Class

Feeling a little sluggish and crinkly after all that time indoors? Revive your energy and lubricate your joints in our new strength and power tower class. We will organize the breath with movements focused on regaining strength and improving coordination. The class will also incorporate robust, faster paced movements for a light cardio boost. You'll leave refreshed and ready to get back out there! Please be aware that you must have had at least 10 GYROTONIC® private sessions in order to participate in this class.

GYROTONIC® Circuit Class

We will begin with a warm up and then transition into movement combinations on various pieces of GYROTONIC® equipment. This is a fun way to learn about the different equipment and to experience the various ways they can be approached. Please be aware that you must have had at least 10 GYROTONIC® private sessions in order to participate in this class.

Please be advised that we have a maximum of 4 students per tower class. Reservations and a 24-hour cancellation policy is required.
